These terms govern your use of TREK Connex services, including managed IT, cybersecurity, consulting, and related support.

No system is fully secure. Client retains responsibility for internal controls and user behavior.

TREK Connex supports CJIS-aligned practices but does not guarantee compliance.

8. Third-Party Services and Reseller Disclaimer

TREK Connex acts as a reseller and integrator of third-party services.

TREK Connex performs services using commercially reasonable standards. However:

Either party may terminate per agreement. Outstanding balances remain due.
